By placing an order through the website, you agree to these terms.

Samuels is an independent clothing archive specialising in vintage and pre-owned clothing.

2. Products

Samuels sells vintage and pre-owned clothing and accessories.

Each item is individually selected and may show signs of previous wear consistent with its age and history. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to give an accurate representation of each item.

Where we are aware of notable marks, damage, repairs, fading or other imperfections, these will be described in the product listing and shown in photographs where reasonably possible.

As most items are unique or limited vintage pieces, availability is generally limited to one item per listing.

3. Product descriptions and condition

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs and condition information are accurate.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Vintage sizing can differ significantly between brands and eras. Customers should refer to the measurements provided in the individual product listing rather than relying solely on the labelled size.

The pre-owned or vintage nature of an item does not remove your statutory consumer rights. Goods must still be as described and meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£).

The price payable for an item is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

A contract for the purchase of the item is formed when Samuels accepts your order and confirms that the item has been dispatched.

Because many Samuels pieces are unique, we may need to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. If this happens, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

Your payment details are processed securely by our payment providers. Samuels does not store your complete payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery provider.

8. Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

For online purchases, customers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order.

Your statutory consumer rights apply to purchases from Samuels. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

All content on the Samuels website, including photographs, written content, logos, graphics and other original material, belongs to Samuels or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use Samuels content without prior written permission.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

We may update, suspend or change parts of the website from time to time.
