UK Delivery

UK delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

You will receive confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Available destinations, delivery options and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, delivery service and customs processing.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by their local authorities.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Samuels cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at samueldesmondwillis@hotmail.co.uk. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at samueldesmondwillis@hotmail.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.

Customs and Import Charges
